Asado - From The Ashes BBQ
Join us for an Asado hosted by London’s cult BBQ duo From The Ashes, in Dublin’s all-new Scorchio HQ - a purpose-built outdoor food venue. Gather around the fire for empanadas, choripán, and fire-roasted meats, all served with select wines, vermouth, and the low-and-slow atmosphere that only open-fire cooking can bring.
In Argentina, they treat the grill like an altar and the asador like a priest. Martin Anderson & Curtis Bell are your Asadors. You’re in good hands with two of the best in the business, famous for roasting whole animals and larger cuts over the fire in Five Points Brewery, Big Grill and events around the UK.
